We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our team as Head of Financial Risk Management at the Ignitis Group. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, centralization, and implementation of the Group Financial Risk Management framework, focusing on consistent risk identification, assessment, measurement, monitoring, and oversight. Close collaboration with business colleagues and the Risk team will be essential. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Owning Financial Risk Management framework (documentation and rules setting) and leading its implementation (tools and processes) in the Group. Market risk management shall be the primary focus in this role</li><li>Ensuring well-designed and embedded particular risk measurement and continuous monitoring processes for relevant risk exposures</li><li>Collaborating with key stakeholders and Risk team for consistent and comprehensive risk appetite monitoring for the Group and underlying business lines</li><li>Preparing periodical management and oversight risk reports as well as presenting them for relevant governance bodies</li><li>Being able to work with various Risk management/measurement practices and, when needed, performing deep-dive assessments, e.g. model validation, back-testing, stress-testing, etc.</li><li>Contributing to common Group Risk Management framework development and/or Risk function purpose-driven initiatives and “must-do” tasks</li></ul>
