<div>Job Type</div><div>Full-time</div>The permitting coordinator will work to support the essential administrative functions of the installation process. The main responsibilities include submitting all required applications to the appropriate jurisdictions and ensuring speedy approval and turn around times. This role is also responsible for managing projects in our CRM platform and will work closely with the branch manager to hit branch-specific goals. This is a unique role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and solve problems. This person should be organized and able to take initiative to provide an excellent customer experience.<ul><li>Manage projects in our CRM platform</li><li>Submit permit applications</li><li>Submit interconnection applications</li><li>Coordinate with local HOA’s to gain approval for solar installations</li><li>Schedule and coordinate inspections</li><li>Apply for interconnection with local utility companies</li><li>Maintain jurisdiction and utility company relationships</li><li>Resolve plan corrections and communicate between corporate operations and local jurisdictions.</li><li>Collaborate with branch manager on daily operational tasks</li><li>Schedule additional work that needs to be done with subcontractors</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year customer service experience, required</li><li>Minimum 1 year project management experience, preferred</li><li>Excellent computer skills and experience with customer management software</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently</li><li>Critical thinking and problem solving ability</li><li>High attention to detail and quality</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to maintain a professional attitude</li><li>Valid US driver's license with a good driving record and criminal background</li></ul>Benefits:We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being of our employees and their families.
