FOS is a digital platform that connects ships, shore, and ports to enhance operational efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, and minimize environmental impact through AI, automation, and real-time data sharing. This position is based in either Fort Lauderdale, FL or Melbourne, FL. We offer the possibility of hybrid work.  As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure successful onboarding for customers.</li><li>Ensure customer's smooth transition from customer delivery projects to lifecycle contracts (annual, service level, subscription based).</li><li>Manage customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales.</li><li>Act as first point of contact towards customers, providing frequent updates and follow-up with customers. </li><li>Coordinate between several stakeholder teams to ensure agreement's commitments gets delivered on time. </li><li>Capture customer needs and offer suitable solutions through service agreements.</li></ul>  To be successful in this role, you should have:  <ul><li>BSc. /MSc. in Business &amp; Management or Engineering &amp; Technology field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of working experience as Customer Success Manager, Project Manager or Product Manager.</li><li>Previous experience with digital applications/solutions such as Fleet Management systems in Maritime business is seen as strong advantage.</li><li>Customer oriented mindset with effective relationship building skills.</li><li>Great communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Fluent in English, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to implement new operational models for agreement-based business.</li><li>Ability to maintain multiple agreements and customer relationships simultaneously. </li><li>Strong coordination skills.</li></ul>  In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world.
