This is a foundational hire for our expansion into the region, where you will take ownership of developing our partner network, identifying high-value reseller opportunities in the AEC, Surveying, and Laser Scanning verticals, and driving strategic growth from our new base in Dubai.</p><p>Together with you, we aim to build a market-leading reseller community, a high-performing channel, and a strong NavVis footprint in the UAE — bringing digital twins to every room.</p><p>Are you ready to pioneer this market, tackle exciting challenges, and drive NavVis’ next phase of global growth?</p><p> </p><h3>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h3><ul><li>Drive channel partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement within the United Arab Emirates, with a focus on establishing a strong footprint in Dubai.</li><li>Use your sales instinct and market understanding to coach new and existing partners on product qualification, use cases, and the NavVis customer journey.</li><li>Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to partner strengths and local market demands.</li><li>Cultivate strong, win-win relationships with resellers, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and regional coverage.</li><li>Present to a wide variety of clients in the surveying, construction, and laser scanning space, including end users and solution partners.</li><li>Strategically position NavVis’ value proposition in the market through compelling storytelling, demos, and collaboration with Marketing.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor to channel partners from first contact to closed sales — and beyond.</li><li>Leverage both your local network and NavVis-generated leads to drive adoption of NavVis technologies.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h3><ul><li>Strong understanding of channel sales, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies within a technical B2B environment.</li><li>Experience building or scaling sales channels in Dubai or the UAE is highly preferred.</li><li>Background or understanding of the AEC or Surveying verticals will help you identify and establish qualified, high-value reseller relationships.</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and entrepreneurially — you’ll be the first NavVis employee in Dubai, responsible for building the foundation.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and credibly with stakeholders of all levels across internal teams and partner organizations.</li><li>A collaborative mindset and the ability to align with NavVis HQ teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.</li><li>Arabic language skills are beneficial.</li><li>Valid Work Authorization in the UAE.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH</h3><p>Your recruiting partner for this role is Lia (she/her).
