Our Talent Development Team manages learning initiatives around a continuous cycle of needs analysis, design delivery, monitoring for effectiveness and evaluation., and internal mobility across their areas of responsibility. About this role:As Talent Development Partner you will work with the Global Director of Talent and other Talent Development team members, while developing organizational development strategies fit for purpose across geographies and across global function(s).
