Participate in the kick off meeting organized by the project team. </li><li>Define cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization. </li><li>Provide information to the risk review process in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment. </li><li>Analyze customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Performs lost proposal analysis, identify potential cause, and recommend future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results. </li></ul>Your background <ul><li>3-5 years of working experience as Sales in a similar industry in an international environment</li><li>Technical background (Engineering degree is preferred)</li><li>Previous experience working with electric substation equipment; client-facing experience presenting transformers solutions is considered a plus</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills; experience in managing complex customers is considered a plus</li><li>Good knowledge of the English and Italian, both written and oral</li></ul>More about us We offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.
