This position will be located at the Kairos Power Southwest facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico and will report into the Facilities Department. You will support a variety of facilities maintenance tasks across the site including performing inspections, installations, repairs, replacements, and other general tasks on existing facility infrastructure. The individual will also conduct testing, operations, troubleshooting, and mechanical work in support of the engineering teams on site.  The ideal candidate will have experience performing maintenance on HVAC systems and experience working with R&amp;D test equipment, manufacturing equipment, and other commercial building systems including fire protection, fire alarms, access control, security cameras, and security alarms. Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide technical support for required mechanical tasks in collaboration with internal facilities, construction, engineering and project teams</li><li>Complete preventative and corrective maintenance/troubleshooting on site HVAC, and other mechanical systems (plumbing, compressed air, etc.)</li><li>Support the scope and coordination with facilities contractors to complete required projects/work on site</li><li>Maintain a detailed understanding and knowledge of the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems</li><li>Support the construction and operations of HVAC and other building systems equipment in support of R&amp;D testing at the facility</li><li>Perform lockout/tagout to isolate components and de-energize equipment.</li><li>Ability to test, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components by using basic electrical test equipment (voltmeters, ohmmeters)</li><li>Carry out skilled maintenance tasks encompassing inspections, operations, installation, and troubleshooting of building equipment such as bridge cranes and dock equipment</li><li>Manage small facilities projects, work orders, and preventive maintenance tasks using computer and app-based systems</li><li>Document and communicate results of preventive maintenance tasks including visual inspections, defect detection, hazard identification, and code compliance</li><li>Analyze, prepare, and deliver reports;
