About the RoleThis is a hands-on and purposeful role, supporting the delivery of Medium Term Retrofit Plans that meet the PAS 2035 standard, and go beyond it.As a Project Coordinator, you’ll sit at the intersection of technical compliance and practical delivery. That means supporting our Retrofit Coordinators with project planning, data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with technical colleagues. How You’ll HelpYour work will be varied and important to the success of our retrofit delivery. You’ll be responsible for things like:<ul><li>Supporting the Retrofit Coordinator to deliver projects in line with PAS 2035</li><li>Liaising with colleagues to prioritise homes for improvement planning</li><li>Producing detailed write-ups that explain measure order, assumptions, caveats, and sequencing rationale</li><li>Filling data gaps using reliable online sources and SAP methodology</li><li>Creating and maintaining Medium Term Improvement Plans using our internal software</li><li>Uploading project data to the TrustMark Data Warehouse</li><li>Reviewing documentation for accuracy, compliance, and quality assurance</li><li>Collaborating with technical experts to overcome property-specific challenges</li><li>Tracking KPIs and delivery metrics to support planning and performance</li><li>Staying informed on updates to SAP and PAS 2035, and what these mean in practice</li><li>Suggesting ways we can improve our processes for scale and consistency</li></ul> What You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who’s confident working with data and documentation, understands the world of retrofit or low-carbon projects, and enjoys finding practical solutions to complex challenges. You’ll likely have:<ul><li>Experience supporting retrofit, energy efficiency, or low carbon projects</li><li>A good understanding of PAS 2035 and its documentation requirements</li><li>Familiarity with interpreting survey outputs and applying SAP methodology</li><li>Experience supporting technical teams in construction, energy, or housing</li><li>A structured, analytical mindset with great attention to detail</li><li>Intermediate Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookups, and charts)</li><li>A clear and confident communication style</li><li>Experience in project coordination or administration within a regulated environment</li><li>A collaborative approach and interest in sustainability and innovation</li></ul> And if you’re willing to train as a Domestic Energy Assessor, that’s even better – we’ll support you with that too.
