<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency across our construction and engineering initiatives.</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction and engineering projects</li><li>Analyze project costs, identify potential cost overruns, and propose cost-saving measures</li><li>Prepare and review change orders, evaluating their financial impact on projects</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective project execution</li><li>Monitor project budgets and track actual costs against estimates</li><li>Conduct cost-benefit analyses for various project alternatives</li><li>Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for management and stakeholders</li><li>Assist in the development of project budgets and financial forecasts</li><li>Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost estimation and control processes</li></ul>
