Fullstack Software Engineer, Loyalty Experience

At Lime, we value long-term relationships with our customers and are striving to provide the best loyalty and retention program that is fully integrated and pervasive through the entire app session. We’re searching for a group of self-motivated and versatile software engineers to join our Loyalty space to work as Fullstack Software Engineers. Both senior and junior roles are available. 
The right candidate will display an eagerness to solve consumer-facing problems, a passion for working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and User research teams, and an ability to significantly grow and scale out teams and processes.

What You'll Do:

• Be the end-to-end owner of Lime’s loyalty product, and work on both backend and frontend (mobile-web) features.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Data, and User research teams to brainstorm, define and develop 0 to 1 new loyalty initiatives.
• Scale existing Loyalty products to more markets, and keep optimizing the penetration and retention rate through rigorous experimentations.
• For senior candidates, mentor and support other engineers on the team. Identify and develop future leaders.

About You:

• A strong technical background, including 2+ years of industry experience working on backend and/or web applications.
• Owner’s mindset. You're a self-starter and get things across the finish line.
• Outcomes oriented. You’re comfortable with data and you focus on impact.
• Experience in Ruby on Rails and React/Redux is a plus
• Prior experience working in a small, fast pace startup is a plus.
• Passionate. You’re passionate about Lime's mission and micromsobility; you want to see cities transform to becoming people-centric and less polluted.

In accordance with Colorado State Law, if the candidate selected for this job resides in Colorado, the anticipated minimum salary will be $105,000, plus bonus and equity (when eligible), as well as benefits. Exact salary will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of management discretion and employee performance.
