We’re looking for a world-class Project Manager, passionate about producing smooth knowledge sharing experience that translates into operational excellence through effective onboarding, communication & content development programs. You will have the opportunity to define and execute the roll out of various knowledge sharing programs for our almost 200+ Global Operations Team while working closely with all teams across the company, both central and local. This role is perfect for you if you are passionate about creating engaging content while constantly identifying ways to improve the learning experience through insightful & thoughtful analysis.

What You'll Do


  • General
  • Own key objectives in the Knowledge Sharing Team roadmap driving forward Lime’s vision and goals to achieve operational excellence by scaling internal programs & tools globally.
  • Continuously improve onboarding, training & development, documentation standards, roll out communication & team administrative duties.
  • Onboarding / Training
  • Own and maintain Lime's Operations Onboarding Program ensuring alignment with latest processes, policies & training materials across global markets & hiring needs.
  • Manage the relationship with Ops, Recruiting, HR, IT, etc. to continuously improve the onboarding journey for new hires, making it more and more effective and engaging.
  • Develop branded resources and tools for SMEs to generate content in their area of expertise for new hires at various levels. 
  • Content Management
  • Collaborate cross departmentally with central teams to ensure communication to the Global Ops organization is reflected by best practices & tools. 
  • Roll out simplified knowledge sharing processes, create templates & checklists for SMEs to effectively communicate new information to different audiences across the global team. 
  • Manage internal information database, & collaborate with key stakeholders in their areas of expertise. 
  • Brainstorm innovative ways to increase team engagement with the knowledge sharing program tools & resources.
  • Reporting
  • Identify relevant KPIs to effectively evaluate knowledge programs and create insightful dashboards to be able to quickly spot areas of improvement, related root-cause analysis and come up with thoughtful recommendations. 
  • Soft Skills
  • This role is the global “go to” whenever there are questions across the entire company. Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and resourcefulness in identifying creative solutions is key.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience, with strong emphasis in process improvement, information management & internal communications.
  • Proven track record of rolling out new solutions from end to end, including strategy, planning, and execution across a global team.
  • Experience supporting large-scale learning programs that effectively simplify complex and foreign topics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis: ability to gather, synthesize, analyze and prioritize information to make recommendations that will improve internal communication & operational excellence. 
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and gain consensus.
  • Software
  • Experience using Zendesk, Zoom, Tableau and Gmail, Google Docs, Excel and Google Classroom.
  • Bonus: Experience with various LMS softwares.

In accordance with Colorado State Law, if the candidate selected for this job resides in Colorado, the anticipated minimum salary will be $65,000, plus equity and benefits. Exact salary will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of management discretion and employee performance.
