Quality Control Inspector will: <ul><li>Inspect inbound and outbound materials for quality, dimensional attributes &amp; quantity </li></ul><ul><li>Release material within the ERP system from Quality to Inventory </li></ul><ul><li>Inspection of in-process materials fabricated, assembled and packed at Unirac  </li></ul><ul><li>Identify nonconforming material and help remove from production floor </li></ul><ul><li>Provide fulfillment verification (Shadow) pick &amp; packed orders and documentation in the Shipping Department. </li></ul><ul><li>Validate pallet count and Packing Lists for dedicated vans and flatbeds  </li></ul><ul><li>Support Operations Departments as required </li></ul><ul><li>Aid in researching customer complaints </li></ul><ul><li>Provides data for KPIs and other metrics </li></ul>Skills <ul><li>Detail orientated </li></ul><ul><li>Good communication skills </li></ul><ul><li>Flexibility and willingness to learn </li></ul><ul><li>Work as a team as well as independently </li></ul><ul><li>Operation of basic hand tools such as, but not limited to calipers, tape measure &amp; micrometers </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to follow processes and prioritize </li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and 6S </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in related industry for Quality  </li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of Unirac products is a plus </li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>HS or GED Diploma </li></ul><ul><li>Basic math knowledge </li></ul><ul><li>Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office </li></ul><ul><li>Basic understanding of ERP systems </li></ul><ul><li>Forklift training/ certified is a plus </li></ul>Benefits <ul><li>Competitive Compensation Package </li></ul><ul><li>Affordable Healthcare Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability &amp; Life/AD&amp;D insurance, 401K) </li></ul>  In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
