We are looking for a Partner Program Manager to support the development and management of Partners in EMEA. In this key role you will lay the foundation for Lime to engage with partners across European markets, which will include developing a partner program to support Business Development Managers, streamlining day-to-day operations with our biggest partners, and creating playbooks for field teams across Europe to engage with partners locally.  You will be responsible for creating and refining what a partnership with Lime looks like to support both BD and local team engagement with targets. This will involve working with internal teams to dream up partnership propositions we can take to partners and creating a suite of resources that can be used to communicate with partners.
As a leader on Lime’s BD team, you'll develop business strategy, develop and execute process improvements, and collaborate with teams across the organisation to solve problems and build scalability.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop a program to attract and retain partners critical to Lime’s success in Europe
  • Drive alignment as a leader of cross-functional work streams across Operations, GR, Legal, Finance and Product teams 
  • Support Business Development Managers in EMEA to streamline day-to-day partner operations, and work directly with our largest partners
  • Create playbooks, pitch materials and performance trackers that help us scale partnerships across the region
  • Own the strategy, resource allocation, process, and documentation pertaining to how we engage with and develop strategic partners in EMEA
  • Interface directly with Lime leadership to surface insights on how Lime is capturing value from partners in Europe
  • Drive strategy and planning for BD in EMEA: collaborate with the Head of Business Development in EMEA  on broader planning and annual goal setting for the team
  • Own development and execution of new methods, processes and operating models to improve how the Business Development team works with internal and external partners
  • Develop individual and team goals and KPIs; track performance 
  • Coach and develop BD team members; foster positive and motivating team culture
  • Gain expertise in mobility trends, technologies, industry leaders, and competitors; develop proactive strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

About You:

  • 6+ years of business, product and/or partnerships experience, preferably with experience managing strategic programs
  • 4+ years in mobility strategic business development / program management
  • Passion and profound understanding of the digital technology sector
  • Established leader and strategic thinker with an ability to execute in an evolving, ambiguous, and dynamic environment
  • Experience working with in-market Operations; leading effective, diverse cross-functional teams
  • Deep experience developing and launching company wide programs 
  • Outstanding problem solver: creative, solution-oriented, adaptable
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills; effective at delivering executive level presentations
  • BA/BS degree
