Internally, we have targeted talent development programs for employees at different stages of their career development to build skills and competencies, foster training, support people to own career development, scale up organization for growth and execution.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>You will conduct mechanical performance tensile tests, bending tests, and other related verifications on supplier components such as bolts, conductive rods, and crimping terminals.</li><li>You will be testing hardness for metal components.</li><li>You will conduct material composition analysis on metal raw materials to verify the consistency of material reports.</li><li>You will be verifying the high and low temperature aging tests of rubber sealing rings, transformer oil, grease, high and low voltage terminals, and other components.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>You hold a full-time bachelor degree or above electrical major is preferred.</li><li>Relevant working experience in railway industry or transformer industry is preferred, fresh-out student is also welcomed. </li><li>Can use AutoCAD software, with a certain ability to read drawings. </li><li>Passed CET-4，Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.</li><li>Passed the computer Level 2 examination.</li><li>Good communication and  team player and willing to learn and improve.</li><li>Comply with national regulations of employment age, no gender restrictions.</li></ul>More about usAre you ready for an exciting new challenge?
