Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Cooperate with a team of qualified Technical Individual Contributors with mid and long-term experience in the application sector (industrial bakery)</li><li>Strictly support and cooperate with assigned Area Managers with mid and long-term experience in the application sector (industrial bakery)</li><li>Management of customer relationships concerning correspondence before, during, and after order acquisition</li><li>Preliminary evaluation and preparation for the Legal Department of GEA of NDAs, customer contracts, and Master Agreements</li><li>Support for document management in tender procedures (BID)</li><li>Preparation of commercial offers in collaboration with the Technical Offer and Area Manager</li><li>Preparation and management of internal process documentation for order acquisition (sales order, advance payment verification)</li><li>Management of documentation for certification of intermediaries</li><li>Support for travel management (to and from customers) </li><li>Support for managing customer visits, events, and trade fairs</li><li>Management of forms for intermediaries’ commissions</li><li>CRM management for Brazil and Mexico </li><li>Participation in weekly sales meetings</li><li>Proactive participation in “inside sales” activities (pilot project), related management in the dedicated focus country, and KPI analysis</li><li>Availability to work both at the Colognola ai Colli (VR) office and, if necessary, at the Torrebelvicino (VI) office</li><li>Supports key SAP implementation users within the Commercial organization</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in foreign language, English, Spanish  (Portuguese is a plus)</li><li>Will be considered also economics, business management diploma / degrees with a strong B2B commercial foreign language background</li><li>Min 5-7 years experience in similar functions, mainly within relevant B2B industrial (ideally from food/bakery)</li><li>Inside sales experience will be considered a plus</li><li>SAP platform knowledge (preferred)</li><li>Office Package mastering</li><li>Fluent in English, Spanish (Portuguese a plus)</li><li>Analytical &amp; precise, delivers OTIF</li><li>Previous exposure to industrial goods selling processes &amp; tools</li><li>Discipline in following processes and assigned standards</li><li>Ability to execute under time pressure</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
