Answering payroll related queries from the business and employees, along with assisting on ad-hoc requests and projects.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with our payroll provider. Provide payroll related guidance to staff, management and HR.transfers</li><li>Ensure accurate processing of all new employees, international relocations, and assignments in Workday. Provide first line of support to the payroll service provider in processing all monthly payrolls</li><li>Support the end to end processing of company monthly payrolls.</li><li>Liaise with staff and management on payroll related queries, escalating when necessary</li><li>Liaise with HR to ensure accuracy of employee data</li><li>Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and projects when required</li></ul>Experience / CompetencesEssential<ul><li>Experience of managing outsourced payroll providers</li><li>Familiarity with UK PAYE requirements and principles and US federal and state income tax withholding system.</li><li>Knowledge of key global mobility processes with respect to payroll matters</li><li>Experience of dealing with complex employee queries</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Experience working in the financial services sector</li><li>Experience of using Workday Payroll</li><li>Experience and knowledge of payroll requirements in UK and US locations</li><li>Experience of payroll projects &amp; integrations</li></ul><div>Job Band &amp; Level </div><div><ul><li>Professional, 4 </li></ul></div><div><div>#PARAMETA #LI-Hybrid #LI-ASO</div></div>Not The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
