Lime is looking for a Senior Network Systems Engineer to join our IT team!  Are you skilled at the management of a global corporate network and cloud infrastructure? Do you have a security first mindset? Are you eager to partner with the business to understand software needs and deliver?
As with many companies that were born in the cloud, we rely heavily on SaaS applications to run our business.  Without an expert that can manage these systems correctly, the enterprise SaaS landscape can become unwieldy. In this role, you will work to ensure that each of our SaaS applications have good hygiene as it relates to security, data, access, and integrations.  You will also work closely with business partners throughout the entire SDLC to implement the optimal SaaS solutions for the company.

What You'll Do:

  • Install, configure, and optimize and maintain all Routers, switches and other networking equipment
  • Evaluate, design, analyze, and maintain all WAN/LAN network equipment for new and existing sites
  • Develop and document network infrastructure standards
  • Conduct feasibility studies on strategic and tactical network plans
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd tier support
  • Develop, support and implement network standards, processes and security to maintain reliable network infrastructure
  • Develop, update and audit network documentation
  • Analyze project needs/requirements and recommend systems to enable enterprise integration of network systems and hardware
  • Develop, maintain and communicate project plans and status updates
  • Training and mentoring to develop members of the team and other technical resources
  • Interface with equipment vendors and service providers to obtain system configurations, quoting and support
  • Resolve trouble tickets assigned to provide exceptional customer service

About You:

  • 5+ years of corporate IT network and infrastructure engineering experience
  • Knowledgeable in AWS networking, security, identity and access management, DNS, etc.
  • Strong knowledge in all aspects of computer networks
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms experience building a high availability infrastructure
  • Experience designing and optimizing corporate wi-fi networks
  • Experience with LDAP, keystores, security certificates, user and password management
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms experience building a high availability infrastructure
  • Automation experience using no-code tools such as Okta Workflows or Workato a plus
  • Experience at automating and defining process/procedure for IT administration including onboarding/offboarding Experience with disaster recovery tiers and designing for highly available workloads
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust concepts and solutions
  • Strong fundamentals in information security especially around identity, authz, authn, and data management
  • Experience collaborating, publishing and enforcing compliance and risk policies (e.g. SOC2, PCI, SOX)Ability to successfully manage vendors, escalate technical issues to resolution
  • Willingness to research and learn new technologies

In accordance with Colorado State Law, if the candidate selected for this job resides in Colorado, the anticipated minimum salary will be $91,000, plus bonus and equity (when eligible), as well as benefits. Exact salary will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of management discretion and employee performance.
