Social Media Specialist

As we tackle this ambition, we seek a Social Media Specialist to ensure our accounts remain engaging, informative and inspirational, while helping to build a mission-driven brand that riders and cities love.  
If you live and breathe with your finger on the pulse of what’s trending online, with a specific focus on Instagram and TikTok trends, we want to speak to you. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience creating TikTok videos.
The preferred location for this position is New York City. We also welcome applicants from other Eastern or Central time zone locations where Lime operates within the United States.

What you'll do:

• Support the Social Media and Brand team on all things Lime, including post scheduling, community management and content creation
• Support the creation and strategic development of relevant and engaging social media content
• Tackle multiple projects at a time within a fast-paced environment while ensuring that the Lime social brand and voice are accurately represented across all content
• Help write engaging and on-brand social copy
• Explore new ways to expand engaging and on-brand content for our channels
• Pull data and insights from social campaigns and support the team in evolving measurement strategy

About you:

• ​​2-3 years of experience in social/digital marketing, ideally working with a DTC or lifestyle brand
• Demonstrated experience creating TikTok videos for a brand behind and in front of the camera
• Collaborative, creative and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of all digital and emerging platforms
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• High-energy, confident, driven and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• A keen eye for photo curation, design and sourcing relevant and engaging content
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Photoshop & Premiere
• Maintain cool and humor in times of stress
