<p>We are seeking a visionary and decisive Governance Lead to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Governance Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our corporate governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our organizational effectiveness.</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive governance policies and procedures aligned with international best practices and local regulations</li><li>Lead the design and execution of risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks across the organization</li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for governance and compliance</li><li>Oversee the development and implementation of compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards</li><li>Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of governance processes and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Provide expert guidance and support to the Board of Directors and executive management on governance-related matters</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of governance and compliance professionals, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability</li><li>Develop and deliver training programs to enhance governance awareness and skills across the organization</li><li>Prepare and present comprehensive reports on governance performance and risk management to senior leadership and stakeholders</li><li>Stay abreast of emerging governance trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the Middle East region and globally</li></ul>
