With innovative technologies and services including the integration of more than 150 gigawatts of HVDC links into the power system, we help make the energy value chain more efficient, making electricity more accessible to all.How you’ll make an impact:<ul><li>You will be doing an incoming inspection: After receiving parts and units from the vendor, do an incoming inspection, subject items are purchase parts, machining parts, assembled unit etc.</li><li>You will operate SAP (Incoming inspection system): When doing incoming inspection, use SAP to proceed with incoming inspection, ex. Verify inspection subject items, Input inspection result, Make non-conformance report (NCR) etc. You will handle non-conformance items: If you find non-conformance items, make and issue NCR by using SAP, in addition, decide replacement and corrective action by communicating with vendors through SCM team.</li><li>You will be doing vendor audit: Do vendor audit in a view of quality when approving new vendors, update existing vendors. You will do the parts qualification test: when approving new parts, do the qualification test based on Engineering instructions.</li><li>You will make statistics of incoming inspection items: make statistics of number of inspection items and defect ratio based on each vendor. You will instruct the vendor: based on statistics result of incoming inspection, instruct vendor as necessary.</li><li>You need to respond to concession from vendor: If received concession from vendor, judge accept or not.</li><li>You support the management of measurement instruments: Manage measurement instruments used in incoming inspection, calibration work will be handled by another team, so you need support.
