Evaluate the adequacy and reasonableness of the warranty reserves.</span></li><li><span>Monitoring and reporting of service activities, expenses, obligations, related inventory balances and implementing accounting processes to support changes in business operations.</span></li><li><span>Facilitate operating team alignment and decision making; presenting data in cohesive reports that provide clear communication and recommendations.</span></li><li><span>Participates in development of systems, processes and projects related to warranty and service operations. Develop scalable and efficient financial processes to support a growing business.</span></li><li><span>Follow and maintain internal controls to ensure transactions are executed in accordance with company guidelines, support external audit for interim and year-end audit procedures. </span></li><li>Ensure financial records and reports are prepared in compliance with Company’s policies and in accordance with U.S. GAAP. <span> </span></li></ul></div><div><strong>You Bring:</strong></div><div><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA/CMA license preferred.  </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Current and in-depth knowledge of US GAAP.</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill with the ability to process large data from multiple sources to build financial models and decision-making tools.</span></li><li><span>Ability to manage multiple complex projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and where professional judgement is required in problem solving, making recommendations and accountability for results.</span></li><li><span>Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting in a manufacturing environment in <strong>reserve logistics, service operations and warranty</strong> accounting.</span></li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and experience with SAP S4/HANA, BI tools.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to interact with various business partners and management levels.</li></ul></div><div> </div><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
