Build to simplify.Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, and market intelligence. Be the spark that starts our customer journey.</li> <li>Relationship Building: Develop deep connections with decision-makers in fleet, logistics, and mobility companies. Understand their pain points and become their trusted vehicle &amp; energy advisor.</li> <li>Consultative Selling: Pitch our cutting-edge energy stack with clarity and impact. Tailor solutions that fit customer needs and demonstrate ROI.</li> <li>Deal Closure: Negotiate commercial terms, handle objections, and close high-value deals — all while delivering value at every step.</li> <li>Customer Success &amp; Growth: Nurture existing accounts, unlock upsell opportunities, and build long-term relationships.</li> <li>Market Insights: Stay ahead of trends in EVs, energy, and logistics — be the go-to person for competitive intelligence.</li> <li>Reporting &amp; Analysis: Use data to improve — from pipeline health to deal velocity, share insights that drive better outcomes. </li> </ul>Qualifications:<ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business etc, MBA is a plus.</li> <li>At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the commercial vehicles sector, last mile logistics or energy sector.</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.</li> <li>Understanding of logistics, electric vehicles (advantageous).</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel and powerpoint</li> </ul>What matters:<ul> <li>Quality of work</li> <li>Approach towards problem-solving</li> <li>Dissatisfaction towards mediocre work</li> <li>Resilient attitude to bounce back after failing</li> </ul>About UsExponent simplifies energy for EVs.Co-founded by Arun Vinayak (Ather Energy's Founding Partner &amp; Former Chief Product Officer) and Sanjay Byalal (Former hardware strategic sourcing and cell strategy lead, Ather and Former Supply Chain Lead, HUL), Exponent focuses on solving two sides of the energy problem by building the e^pack (charging station) and e^pump (battery pack) which together unlock 15-min rapid charging.The 200+ strong team of passionate builders have a ton of EV experience and are currently looking for more builders to join one of the best EV teams in India to build &amp; scale Exponent.

We believe EVs have completed the 0 to 1 shift of driving better than conventional vehicles. However, for the industry to exponentially scale from 1 to 100, the underlying energy problem needs to be simplified.
