To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through enhancing quality management systems and elevating consumer care center by identifying opportunities and implementing positive changes. Your Challenge: <ul><li>Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and improve supplier Quality &amp; Food Safety performance, including documentation review, non-conformities tracking, and corrective action follow-up. </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to product quality monitoring through shelf-life checks, tastings, and product evaluations. </li></ul><ul><li>Assist in managing the performance of the Consumer Care Center, including logging and investigating complaints and incidents. </li></ul><ul><li>Review packaging, labels, and artworks to ensure alignment with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and update quality-related documentation and records (e.g., specifications, certificates, reports). </li></ul><ul><li>Participate in traceability exercises and support external and internal quality certifications and audits. </li></ul><ul><li>Provide administrative and analytical support to ongoing quality improvement projects and daily team operations. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with R&amp;D, Marketing, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure quality expectations are met. </li></ul><ul><li>Promote a strong quality culture across the company by supporting training sessions and awareness initiatives. </li></ul><ul><li>Embrace our “One Team” spirit by contributing your versatility and expertise across various quality and food safety initiatives. </li></ul>YOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE, ENJOY AND DO GREAT AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE: <ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field. </li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience or internship in Quality, Food Safety, or similar roles. </li></ul><ul><li>Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), HACCP principles, and familiarity with GFSI standards (IFS, BRC, etc.) — highly valued. </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Office 365; SAP knowledge is a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset. </li></ul><ul><li>The ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a dynamic environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication skills and fluency in both Spanish and English. </li></ul><ul><li>A proactive and caring mindset, focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. </li></ul><ul><li>A team-player attitude with the flexibility to work cross-functionally across departments </li></ul><ul><li>A growth-driven, “good vibes” attitude — open to learning, supporting others, and creating a positive impact through collaboration. </li></ul><ul><li>Ownership and autonomy to make decisions and bring ideas to life in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li></ul>Heura Life Benefits To make this world a better place is hard work, so we support our Dream Team with: <ul><li>Culture of freedom, responsibility, and constructive feedback </li></ul><ul><li>An entrepreneurial environment that encourages innovation </li></ul><ul><li>Flexible working environment </li></ul><ul><li>Organic coffee, tea &amp; plant-based drinks (in local offices) </li></ul><ul><li>Discounted gym memberships </li></ul><ul><li>Discounts on Heura’s products </li></ul><ul><li>After-work gatherings and other cool company events (in local offices) </li></ul><ul><li>and… </li></ul>…Working with top-talented and amazing Good Rebels! 👇🏽 We are good, non-conformist rebels: we question the status quo and reject \"that’s the way it’s always been done\", therefore promoting constant change. Heura is a plant based startup founded by food activists Marc Coloma and Bernat Añaños in April 2017. Its mission is to create solutions that will leave the current food system obsolete and accelerate the transition to a world where animals are out of the equation. Their Mediterranean culinary heritage is reflected on their products: clean label, high nutritional values and taste.
