As one of our CDL-A Truck Drivers, you'll haul scrap metal locally using roll-offs, luggers, and maybe even doubles (if you have the endorsement and are interested) while representing a company that values safety, integrity, and hard work. You'll operate out of our Grand Rapids facility, serving nearby customer accounts with routes that get you home daily, Monday through Friday, with early starts and early finishes (5:30am to ~3:30pm). Occasional weekend work may be available. You're backed by a team that understands the demands of the job and gives you the tools and equipment to succeed. Requirements What You Bring<ul><li>Valid Class A CDL (required)</li><li>1+year of commercial driving experience</li><li>Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions</li><li>Doubles endorsement is a plus!</li><li>Current DOT medical card (or ability to get one)</li><li>Solid understanding of USDOT safety regulations</li><li>Experience with scrap metal or roll-off trailers is a plus, but we'll train the right person.</li></ul>Work EnvironmentThis is a hands-on, indoor-outdoor role. You'll work in all weather conditions, staying active and engaged every day.
