The groups supports the Senior Managing Directors and Desk Heads in growing their business via design and delivery of new technologies and services, and driving adoption of these products and services with both new and existing clients. The Product &amp; Business Development Management team are at the leading edge of this process– each Product &amp; Business Development Manager (“Manager”) is tasked with overseeing a particular asset class or product/service-in this instance, Foreign Exchange &amp; Local Markets, championing it both internally and externally. This asset class primarily includes Spot, Forwards, Non Deliverable Forwards, and FX Options products.  The Manager is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the product, from developing and validating the business case, through design, delivery and launch, its commercial viability (both front to back office) and long term growth strategy.
