You will earn 1.5x pay for all hours worked over 40 in a week.<div></div>What You Will Do We are looking for a motivated individual to assist in production and maintenance tasks under the direction of experienced team members. This is a hands-on role where you will observe, learn, and perform various duties throughout the plant and grounds, often acting as a temporary relief worker in training.Duties include:<ul><li>Assisting in production and maintenance work across all plant areas</li><li>Operating or attending auxiliary production equipment such as brushing machines, die cast machines, dinking tools, and material regrind equipment</li><li>Assisting in preparation and delivery of process supplies</li><li>Learning and performing duties of a forklift operator as needed</li><li>Supporting plant operations through various other assigned tasks and basic clerical work</li></ul><div></div>What We Look For<ul><li>Must be able to work 12-hour shifts (day or night)</li><li>Must be willing to work weekends and overtime</li><li>Prior sit-down forklift experience preferred, but not required</li><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Ability to work under close supervision and follow safety protocols</li></ul><div></div>What We Do Here Clarios is a global leader in advanced energy storage solutions.
