We hope that you'll be interested in joining us!<h2>The role</h2>As a member of the Demand Generation team, you’ll play a crucial role in accelerating Watershed’s growth through building and optimizing our digital channels and by strengthening the operational infrastructure that supports them. Partnering closely with our sales, brand and content teams your mission will be to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns focused on driving new business opportunities.Our ideal candidate is a seasoned enterprise B2B marketer with sharp project management instincts, a passion for experimentation, and a data-first mindset. You’re equally comfortable launching full-funnel campaigns (SEM, SEO, display, email) as you are building reporting frameworks, analyzing funnel performance, and identifying process improvements. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and take pride in owning both the strategic execution and operational excellence required to drive sustainable growth.We prefer this role to be onsite in our San Francisco or New York City office, but we are open to US remote for the right person.You will:<ul style=""><li>Aid in the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display advertising, email marketing + content syndication.</li><li>Establish clear campaign reporting frameworks, monitor KPIs, pipeline impact, and engagement metrics across platforms. You’ll take particular ownership of budget tracking, paid media efficiency, lead funnel performance, and email program trends.</li><li>Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports in collaboration with marketing operations and sales teams to drive visibility and accountability across all digital programs.</li><li>Partner with SDR leadership to operationalize lead handoffs, ensuring timely follow-up, lead quality feedback loops, and improved funnel conversion from MQL to SQL.</li></ul>You might be a fit if have:<ul style=""><li>A deep understanding of the enterprise/B2B demand generation playbook, with the operational rigor and creativity to test, scale, and improve campaign performance.</li><li>5+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns including strategizing, executing, and optimizing for ROI across multiple channels and systems.</li><li>Strong operational and analytical skills, with fluency in tools like Salesforce, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau) to turn data into actionable insights.</li><li>Experience working within or alongside marketing operations systems like Marketo or HubSpot, and a comfort with auditing or improving lead flow, tracking, and attribution processes.</li><li>Experience managing large-scale prospect and customer databases and deploying consistent, relevant email communications with a long-term view on list health and performance.</li></ul> Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week (except for remote roles)Watershed has hub offices in San Francisco, New York, London, and Mexico City and satellite offices in Sydney, Paris, and Berlin.
