The Sales Director LATAM will be responsible for building and managing the sales of Beyond products in the Latin America market. This role directly reports into the VP, Sales, ROW and will work on implementing high level growth initiatives and strategies across the LATAM markets. The role requires a broad understanding of LATAM sales, strategic planning, negotiation, and business development. 

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop Foodservice and Retail sales channels for Beyond in LATAM markets
  • Work with Sales Broker to identify and lead the development of new business opportunities that improve product mix and consumer exposure in LATAM markets
  • Lead and have accountability for forecasting and business planning activities that establish budget, volume, and profit targets
  • Serve as strategic partner to customer stakeholders with a focus on elevating our presence and maintaining a keen eye on growth opportunities across the different sales categories and geographies

Qualifications

  • 8 years of sales experience including sales team management and experience with strategic accounts, food service and mass retailers
  • Have experience in a top-tier consumer products and/or food and beverage company
  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen, understanding relationships between volume and profit.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead in an entrepreneurial setting.
  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Are adept at managing multiple priorities across the customer landscape.
  • Ability to travel 25%+
