Your mission <ul><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Support resources dispatched onsite during commissioning and on site services.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Support the Project Managers during commissioning and site acceptance services.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Perform all on site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities for PV &amp; BESS.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Support Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Support resources dispatched onsite (Field Service Engineers and Service Partners) during commissioning and on site &amp; reworks services</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Participate in the claim management process</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Taking care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Take over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Education as Electrical technician or Engineer.
