We are seeking a skilled<strong> Bicycle Disassembly &amp; Refurbishment Worker - (f/m/d)</strong> to join our production team in Wijchen and in this role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process.                            Your Mission<br>                                We are looking for reliable and hands-on workers to support our bike refurbishment efforts. You’ll be responsible for disassembling returned bicycles, sorting components for reuse, and assisting with basic refurbishment tasks to help us give bikes a second life.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Carefully disassemble returned or used bikes using proper tools and procedures</li><li>Identify and separate reusable, recyclable, and defective parts</li><li>Clean and prepare components for quality checks or reassembly</li><li>Document and report issues found during disassembly</li><li>Support refurbishment operations, such as wheel truing, basic repairs, or part replacements</li><li>Keep the workshop tidy and ensure parts are well-organized and traceable</li></ul>                            Your skills and qualifications<br>                                <ul><li>Basic mechanical aptitude; bike knowledge is a plus, but training can be provided</li><li>Attention to detail and a structured work approach</li><li>Ability to handle tools and components safely and efficiently</li><li>Physical ability to lift bikes and work on your feet throughout the day</li><li>Team player with a proactive mindset</li></ul>                            What you can expect from us<br>                                <ul><li>A challenge in a fast-growing industry</li><li>Take responsibility from day one – take ownership of projects and follow a steep learning curve!</li><li>We are an international, highly motivated and fast-growing team, in which teamwork comes first.</li><li>We are still in the early stages – as a leader, you will build your own team.</li><li>You will have access to an amazing network of experienced technicians who are always willing to help if you need assistance.</li><li>Competitive salary and 28 days' holiday per year.</li></ul>                            Diversity<br>                                We believe diversity makes us stronger!
