Do you love building high-impact partnerships that create both commercial and climate value?We’re looking for a Enterprise Key Account Manager to own and grow relationships with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and other strategic partners. You’ll collaborate closely with our partners to co-sell sustainability solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients - empowering them to measure and reduce travel emissions.This role blends commercial acumen, customer success, and climate tech - perfect for someone who thrives on creating impact.<h2>Tasks</h2>WHAT YOU’LL DO<ul><li>Own and grow key accounts (TMCs and other strategic partners), driving commercial and climate success.</li><li>Be a trusted advisor to travel managers, TMC consultants, and corporate sustainability leaders.</li><li>Co-sell to corporates: collaborate with partners to pitch and roll out SQUAKE solutions.</li><li>Enable partners through training, content, and strategic support to scale sustainability adoption.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle - from scoping to close and onboarding.</li><li>Build account plans and growth roadmaps, identifying upsell and long-term impact opportunities.</li><li>Collect and share customer insights to improve our product and partner experience.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORMust-Haves<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in sales, partner success, or account management—ideally in climate-tech, SaaS, or sustainability-driven companies.</li><li>Proven ability to lead complex, consultative sales cycles.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship building skills.</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple accounts and projects in parallel.</li><li>Experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.</li><li>CRM fluency (Salesforce or similar) and data-driven sales planning.</li><li>Fluency in German and English.</li></ul>Nice-to-Haves<ul><li>Experience in the corporate travel or TMC space.</li><li>Background in co-selling or channel sales with ecosystem partners.</li><li>Familiarity with carbon accounting, sustainability reporting, or ESG frameworks.</li><li>Master’s degree in business, sustainability, or a related field.</li></ul><h2>Benefits</h2>WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU<ul><li>Join the change makers, and be part of our world’s sustainable transformation.</li><li>Be part of a human sized, passionate, and fun crew where everyone’s voice counts</li><li>We enjoy growing our company as well as our team!
