We are looking for a Production Clerk to help coordinate and ensure accurate completion of daily production documents.  You must be a team player and highly organized to achieve production paperwork accuracy and timeliness.  While you will not be part of the production line, you need to be familiar with how every step of the process works.  You should be proficient with data entry, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

TASKS, DUTIES, & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • TASKS
  • Responsible for personal time management to ensure tasks are completed daily
  • Review daily production paperwork ensuring all critical information is present 
  • Look for critical information to ensure WIP meets quality specifications
  • Coordinate with Production Leadership to ensure incomplete or missing documentation is resolved
  • Support Production in the creation of needed training documents
  • Support the creation and revision of SOP’s, Work Instructions, and OPL’s to meet production needs. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a food and/or beverage manufacturing environment preferred
  • Communication and organization skills
  • Computer skills:  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • At times this position will be expected to divide time between multiple facilities, must have reliable transportation.
  • Warehouse and production manufacturing environment that includes both tempered and ambient areas
  • The work environment is representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
  • Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day
  • Flexibility to work some holidays and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Other duties as assigned
