The Beyond Meat finance team is looking to hire a highly driven Senior Financial Analyst to support the organization. As a key member of the Accounting & Finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst supports business units to drive strategic business decisions. Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A and Investor Relations, the role delivers strategic budgeting, links financial results to operational performance drivers, liaises with internal stakeholders and drives continuous improvement to deliverables. This position is expected to provide both financial and strategic business leadership and communicate effectively with senior management. Responsibilities include assisting with annual and quarterly P&L forecasts, preparing quarter end reports for senior leadership, compiling necessary materials for quarterly earnings calls and any ad-hoc requests.

FP&A (70%)
- Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control.
- Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
- Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
- Prepares annual and quarterly budgets.
Cost Accounting (20%)
- Maintain and improve COGS model and assists in costing of new products
- Prepares financial statements and variance reports as requested. Prepares special reports and ad hoc analysis
- May interpret reports and records for managers
Investor Relations (10%)
- Uses a formal process for appropriate data gathering, consolidation and analysis of financial data relative to the preparation of required regulatory filings for Vice President FP&A and Investor Relations
- Ensures data integrity
Education, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in public company corporate FP&A
- CPG experience preferred
- Excellent Excel skills (Pivot tables, Index Match, V-lookup)
- Experience with utilizing and managing entire Adaptive Insights model
- NetSuite ERP preferred
- Data visualization experience (Tableau or comparable software)
- Highly analytical
- Self-starting
