We are seeking an innovative, data-driven, results-oriented Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will organize and manage activities to successfully deliver projects of different sizes / complexity and align executive stakeholders across functions. You will: Guide and mentor team(s) on driving the most value through initiatives across the company. Help remove impediments/blockers to team success. Deliver optimal team performance at all times in line with benchmarking, agreed metrics/KPIs and associated scorecards. Provide visibility to relevant stakeholders across the organization

Tasks, Duties, & General Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an end-to-end multi-functional NPI project plan to deliver product/system offerings within the committed timeline, budget, and quality
• Enable progress of cross-functional teams across the whole business delivering products from market fit assessment through innovation, commercialization and fully scaled production
• Analyze key product, program, and business measures. Agrees on goals and allowable variances on these goals, with the business leaders and communicates progress
• Manage of risks and issues to develop and drive completion of risk and issue action plans to mitigate impact to schedule and budget
• Establish robust progress and performance reporting mechanisms supporting data-driven decision making
• Drives the rigorous use of the stage gate process to assure that commitments are well defined and met
• Actively manage and build rapport with the executive team and strategically advise on priorities, options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on other business priorities
• Provide frequent and transparent updates, manage sponsor expectations, and keep all stakeholders informed of the progress of all in-flight products/projects
• Consistently identify, implement, and socialize the most effective processes, tools, and systems to keep the department current with world-class best practices
• Lead and develop comprehensive resource models and risk mitigation plans in collaboration with disciplines leads
• Actively contribute to the development of the Beyond Meat culture and standards of quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Post Grad in Business Administration preferred.
• 7-10 years in a CPG environment managing complex commercialization NPI initiatives
• Project Manager Professional (PMP) certified a plus
• Deep understanding of project management, new product development lifecycle, and various project management methodologies/styles
• Understanding of change management process.
• Competence with MS Office, specifically MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Smartsheet to develop and maintain project plans is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Product Manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Agile and/or Six Sigma experience is preferred 
• Strong collaborator and team player with demonstrated track record building high performing teams across geographical areas in matrix environments
• Exceptional people skills with highly developed facilitation and conflict resolution skills
• Strong track record of leveraging statistical analysis in root cause analysis, problem-solving and target setting
• Proven track record in stakeholder management with strong cross-functional collaboration skills operating in a matrix organization environment
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
