We’re looking for a dedicated HR Professional to join our team. In this role, you will lead the evaluation and execution of our benefits roadmap
RESPONSIBILITIES-  Leverage your previous experience and maintain up-to-date knowledge to lead the administration and ensure compliance of our benefits plans-  Act as the primary point of contact for our team members regarding benefit plans, open & QLE enrollment processes and requirements; administer plans; billing reconciliation; coordinate enrollment communications-  Manage annual benefit open enrollment process including renewal planning, vendor management, and internal communications -  Own pre and post open enrollment processes, including system configuration and testing and post-enrollment audits across multiple systems-  Benchmark and evaluate and report on the effectiveness of our benefit programs-  Handle all aspects of benefit-related compliance including non-discrimination testing, preparing and/or reviewing benefit-related filings for 5500s, SPDs, FLSA, ADA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA HR audits, etc-  Manage and administer our LOA programs to ensure we are in compliance with state and federal requirements-  Manager relationships with third-party brokers, providers, and administrators
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Qualifications: -  A minimum of 10 years experience in progressively responsible HR roles with 5 years experience managing global benefits-  Deep experience working with benefit brokers, carriers, vendors, and benefit system interfaces-  Experience managing and administering LOA, workers compensation, and ADA processes
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: -  Deep understanding of the external benefits market using data as a core driver of future benefit design-  Strong knowledge and understanding of federal and state regulations and filing, compliance, and communication requirements affecting employee benefit programs (COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, IRS codes, FMLA, CFRA, PFL, etc) -  Advanced-level proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint-  Understands that processes & systems should support our people strategy rather than the other way around-  Expert ability to perform analysis, resolve problems and make appropriate recommendations for solutions-  Is self-sufficient in keeping him/herself organized and approaches every aspect of the role with a “no task too big or too small” attitude-  Can admit mistakes & take immediate actions to correct them-  Always willing to help out with other People Operations responsibilities when needed-  Flexible and able to change direction easily with the business needs.
