Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and highly self -motivated finance professional focusing on Treasury and Tax to add to the team.The Finance manager responsibilities are to monitor day-to-day treasury operations while supporting the implementation of a long-term financial strategy. Additional responsibilities include maintaining banking relationships, arranging for investing and financing, and adhering to all company policies. Business, communication, and leadership skills are vital.Other responsibilities of this role are in tax management which includes tax compliance in the areas of sales and use tax (assist with taxability questions on purchase orders, filing of sales and use tax with state). In conjunction with external specialist, complete all federal, state and local business income tax returns and payroll taxes filing.  The Finance manager also works with Legal and Business Dev to apply and/or implement various tax benefits and tax saving initiatives.
Required Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/TaxCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Tax Professional is highly desiredSeven-year experience in finance/treasury role overseeing billions of investment portfolio under complex investment policy and strategy.Strong Experience with major bank platforms and treasury system and deep understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated with SAP is strong plusExtreme attention to details and be a strong problem solverExperience with FX hedging and FX accountingPrior experience with multi-jurisdiction tax compliance is required
