Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Collaborate with the Rubber Engineering Team to develop and refine processing procedures and parameters.</li><li>Serve as a technical liaison between engineering, maintenance, and customer teams.</li><li>Identify, analyze, and resolve operational challenges using effective problem-solving techniques.</li><li>Establish process flows and timelines for new product launches.</li><li>Develop and implement standards for operational procedures.</li><li>Support and monitor the GROWTTH program and other continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Review current production processes for tooling and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Reduce tooling damage and minimize secondary operations.</li><li>Monitor non-conforming rates by part and process; implement corrective actions.</li><li>Eliminate non-value-added operations and streamline workflows.</li><li>Maintain a project list and activity log for regular review and updates.</li><li>Foster positive communication across all shifts and team members.</li><li>Support daily production requirements and sample production for customer engineering.</li><li>Provide technical support and training for production staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial regulations</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the rubber or polymer industry.</li><li>Proven experience in developing and optimizing material processing procedures.</li><li>Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Innovative thinker with a drive for continuous improvement and execution.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
