Senior Industrial Engineer

Do you want to help build world-class R&D and manufacturing capabilities in the energy industry? We need a Sr. Industrial Engineer to join our team and ensure the company can rapidly scale its operations to commercialize this technology and change the world.
In this role, you will:Lead the planning for one or more major production areas: define the process flow, select and size production equipment, and design the facility layoutOwn the production capacity plan for your production areasCultivate a deep understanding of our technology and production processesIdentify and track key operational metrics to evaluate the company's performance over timeWork collaboratively with a diverse and dedicated team to define our manufacturing strategy and improve our operations
Minimum Requirements:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or equivalent from a top programA demonstrated ability to understand and analyze complex manufacturing processesExperience with factory layout, production process planning, and production capacity planningYou are organized and pay attention to the details; you are conscientious and meticulous in your workYou are highly collaborative, inventive in finding the information you need, and comfortable when facing uncertainty or ambiguityYou are an outstanding communicator and are comfortable presenting to senior leaders
Additional Skills:You have a strong track record of building and maintaining models used to analyze and improve operationsYou have outstanding Excel skillsYou are proficient in discrete event simulation (e.g. AnyLogic, Arena, etc.)You are proficient in Python, R, or another data analysis language
