This role responds to routine HR inquiries, supports employee lifecycle transactions, and collaborates with global advisors to ensure consistent service delivery. The Advisor plays a key role in delivering a positive employee experience through responsive and accurate support. While this role primarily focuses on Tier 1 support, we are also seeking candidates with Tier 2 experience to support broader service needs. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries related to policies, procedures, and system navigation.</li><li>Guide employees and managers to appropriate self-service tools and resources.</li><li>Escalate complex or unresolved inquiries to Sr. Advisors or Specialists as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate case documentation and follow standard operating procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with global People Services Advisors to ensure alignment and consistency.</li><li>Support knowledge base updates by identifying gaps or outdated content.</li><li>Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in HR support or customer service.</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and case management tools.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish required, French is a plus.</li></ul>#LI-HybridJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
