With our main local brands FIP, REDI, ASTORE, ISEA and LARETER, we make products for the building, infrastructure, industry, and agriculture sectors.We offer a role as Logistics &amp; 3PL Coordinator, who will be based in Aliaxis Casella (GE) and will report to the Warehouse and Logistic Manager Italy.This position is fixed term.The candidate will oversee both inbound and outbound logistics within the manufacturing plant, coordinating daily operations with 3PL partners. He/she will also lead and support both white- and blue-collar staff, ensuring efficient workflows and a safe, compliant working environment.The Key Responsibilities can be summarized as follows:<ul><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations at the Casella Plant, working closely with Production, Planning, and Quality departments to ensure timely supply to 3PL warehouses. </li><li>Act as daily point of contact with the main logistics provider, organizing regular site visits to ensure compliance with agreed procedures. Monitor daily activities, resolving management and operational issues, and acting as the key interface between internal departments and the 3PL. </li><li>Develop and maintain a dashboard of KPIs to track inbound/outbound flows and service quality performance. </li><li>Formalize and continuously improve internal warehouse processes and SOPs in collaboration with the internal Quality team and the 3PL to guarantee a high service level to the final customer. </li><li>Lead and coordinate the warehouse team. </li><li>Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring the implementation and adherence to Group safety procedures and standards.</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Competencies:<ul><li>Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in warehousing and logistics.</li><li>Solid understanding of 3PL networks and logistics operations. </li><li>Proficient in English, both written and spoken. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel. </li><li>Good knowledge of ERP and WMS systems. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.</li></ul>Aliaxis è orgogliosa di essere un datore di lavoro che garantisce pari opportunità e accoglie candidati/e e lavoratori di ogni provenienza.
