Clarify the current ONE Hitachi portfolio solution performance with regards to eMobility business, determine gaps into the offering based on market needs and target ONE Hitachi positioning, consolidate roadmaps to cover gaps and enhance the offering, prioritize needs for investment to cover these gaps and support funding mechanisms.<div><ul><li>Identify and monitor the performance (topline growth, profitability) of the ONE Hitachi solution portfolio for eMobility across all concerned Business Units in all sectors (CI, DSS, Energy, Mobility)</li><li>Consolidate the ONE Hitachi roadmap for the complete set of solutions owned and developed by all concerned Business Units, clarify gaps and actions to close gaps in active collaboration with all concerned Business Units.</li><li>Identify needs for additional investment into the solution portfolio to cover existing gaps and to expand the value proposition beyond what is currently worked-on and invested by the associated Business Units.</li><li>Guide funding available at SSIB to invest into the eMobility solution portfolio to develop further the offering according to the ONE Hitachi strategy set in place.</li><li>Support business development efforts when appropriate by providing expertise on the ONE Hitachi solution portfolio on eMobility.</li></ul></div></div>What you’ll be doingThe role will also be responsible for:  <div>Solution portfolio performance: Map-out the ONE Hitachi solution portfolio on eMobility across all Business Units (CI, DSS, Energy, Mobility) and develop a coherent landscape of the existing offering. Measure and monitor the solution portfolio performance (growth, profitability) on a periodic basis (eg. quarterly). Maintain collaborative relationships with all associated Business Units active in eMobility, more specifically with product management leaders and teams.</div>Solution portfolio roadmap: Consolidate the ONE Hitachi roadmap for the complete set of solutions owned and developed by all concerned Business Units, clarify gaps and actions to close gaps in active collaboration with all concerned Business Units. Propose and develop portfolio synergies across the offering between<div>different Business Units to ensure a coherent, performant and differentiated offering. Liaise with R&amp;D and Business Incubation groups to link shorter-term development made by Business Units with longer-term potential of new technologies and business model innovation. Streamline a coherent long-term roadmap that will serve the targeted profitable growth for the MMP27 period and for 2030 horizon.Solution portfolio funding &amp; investments: Landscape all existing investments into the solution portfolio roadmap stemming from Business Units, R&amp;D and other innovation groups. Clarify areas where investment are lacking for the target ONE Hitachi solution portfolio, and make proposals for additional funding coming from SSIB. Guide additional funding on the solution portfolio made by SSIB on eMobility, ensure return on investment.Support Business Development: Support business development efforts when appropriate by providing expertise on the ONE Hitachi solution portfolio on eMobility.Collaboration: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders of Hitachi (Business Units, Global Marketing &amp; Sales,…) contributing to eMobility business.<div>Challenges: High cross-matrix collaboration, necessitates the buy-in and convincing of stakeholders across Hitachi.</div></div>What you bring to the team We’re looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision.
