Join our team.What you’ll do<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and update project budgets for CAPEX projects ranging from less than $1 million to more than $100 million.</li><li>Track and analyze project costs and schedules, identify variances and potential overruns.</li><li>Evaluate the financial impact of change orders and scope adjustments.</li><li>Perform cost forecasting and analysis to support decision-making.</li><li>Prepare regular financial reports for project managers and other stakeholders.</li><li>Work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement, and other stakeholders. </li><li>Implement best practices for financial management and reporting of CAPEX projects.</li></ul>What we’re looking for<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, engineering, or related field</li><li>5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis and/or project management, in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Demonstrated experience in project cost forecasting and contingency analysis</li><li>Detailed knowledge of project management processes, earned value analysis, and project cost estimating</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP system </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights </li><li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders </li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment </li></ul>Our pay and benefits<ul><li>Salary: $90-130,000 annually, depending on education, experience and skills</li><li>Equity position in Niron via stock option grant</li><li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Mental healthcare</li><li>401k plan with company match</li><li>Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays</li><li>Experience in a fun, high-performing, manufacturing environment</li></ul>
