The Illinois Shines program (the “Program”) is the statewide incentive program aimed to assist people across Illinois to more affordably transition to solar power. To meet Illinois’ goal of having 100% of its energy come from renewable energy sources by 2050, it is imperative that consumers’ rights are protected when working with companies registered with the Program.
