This position reports to Sr. Director or Marketing with a dotted line to VP of Sales</p><p> </p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><p><em>This is a hybrid role supporting Sales and Marketing responsibilities as follows. </em></p><p>Sales – Key Responsibilities </p><ul> <li>Maintain an in-depth understanding of Amprius’ products to advise and make suitable recommendations to the team/customers. </li> <li>Attend industry conferences and keep up to date with market trends.</li> <li>Analyze market potential and gather intelligence and propose product development ideas.  </li> <li>Support the team in creating and delivering presentations tailored to the audience’s needs. </li> <li>Conduct phone prospecting, develop leads. </li> <li>Set up appointments, manage calendar. </li> </ul><p> </p><p>Marketing – Key Responsibilities</p><ul> <li>Support the development and execution of marketing communication deliverables that position Amprius as a leader in high-performance silicon anode battery technology.</li> <li>Help maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all internal and external communications.</li> <li>Draft and edit press releases, product announcements, newsletters, blog posts, and customer-facing content.</li> <li>Coordinate content creation for digital platforms including LinkedIn, the corporate website, and email campaigns to drive engagement.</li> <li>Monitor media coverage, competitive news, and industry trends to inform messaging and positioning.</li> <li>Maintain and update marketing collateral such as product datasheets and event materials.</li> <li>Collaborate with agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-impact assets.</li> <li>Track marketing spend and performance metrics to support ROI analysis and continuous improvement.</li> </ul><p></p><p>Miscellaneous Job Responsibilities</p><ul> <li>Assist in planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and industry events</li> <li>Represent Amprius at trade shows and other industry events as-needed</li> <li>Performs other job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Travel</strong></p><ul><li>Some domestic and infrequent international travel.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing </li> <li>Knowledge of marketing research, statistical and data analysis tools. </li> <li>Knowledge of CRM program </li> <li>Ability to present findings and advice senior management and clients </li> <li>Strong desire to learn and grow in the marketing and sales field</li> <li>A friendly and approachable personality with a customer priority attitude. </li> <li>Drive to meet and exceed goals <br> <br> </li> </ul><p><strong>Physical Demands &amp; Work Location: </strong></p><ul> <li>Fremont, CA: This is an on-site job.
