If you're passionate about continuous improvement, operational excellence, and making a tangible impact on people and projects, this role offers the platform to lead that changeKey Accountabilities<ul> <li>Champion the integration of quality management into the Safety First strategy and communicate its value across the business.</li> <li>Ensure quality management principles support our approach to both physical health and mental health and are prioritised equally alongside safety in all construction phases.</li> <li>Maintain legal compliance across health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.</li> <li>Develop and maintain a fit-for-purpose quality management system aligned with UK legislation and best practices.</li> <li>Embed quality requirements into core business processes (e.g. development gateways, building management systems).</li> <li>Collaborate with HSSEW and business teams to ensure training, reporting, and assurance models reflect quality management needs.</li> <li>Lead quality assurance during construction, selecting and managing external expertise where needed.</li> <li>Build leadership capability and awareness of quality management across development roles.</li> <li>Identify and implement AI and digital innovations to enhance quality outcomes.</li> <li>Promote root cause analysis and continuous learning through effective reporting and assurance.</li> <li>Support broader business needs, including emergency response and cross-functional projects.</li></ul>Most important skills based requirements:<ul><li>Quality management qualifications, (incl. 9001 Lead Auditor)</li><li>Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) desirable</li><li>Understanding of quality management and document management best practice and requirements</li><li>Proven experience in quality management delivery in high hazard industry such as construction and deep experience of offshore or high and major hazard environments desirable</li><li>Experience of quality management integration with HSE management</li><li>Experience of developing, implementing quality management tools such as inspection and test plans</li><li>Expert knowledge in Principal Designer and Client CDM duties</li><li>Ability to provide training and guidance on best practices quality management in CDM, development and operational activity</li><li>Understanding of product design and quality control</li><li>Experience in quality standards in BIM application for stronger risk management</li><li>Experience and qualifications in conducting root cause analysis and providing training on root cause analysis techniques</li></ul>This is a permanent role - please apply with your CV and Cover LetterOur Offering / benefits:As well as a competitive salary, pension and performance related bonus offering, we have a wealth of benefits available ranging from flexible working; market leading family policies and shopping discounts in the West End, to private healthcare; life and critical illness cover and 28 days holiday with the option to buy more.
