<ul><li>Provide HR support and guidance on employee relations and HR issues to operational teams, utilizing best practices.</li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HR regulations and laws.</li><li>Collaborate with supervisors to address complex or challenging offboarding situations, developing effective solutions.</li><li>Supervise new aspects of assignments and ensure adherence to established procedures.</li><li>Apply standard HR knowledge and techniques to specific situations, identifying and addressing discrepancies as needed.</li><li>Manage offboarding experiences to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.</li><li>Maintain expertise in government relations processes, including QIWA, GOSI, and Muddad.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation on all employee relations matters and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Stay informed about changes in employment law and HR best practices and incorporate them into organizational policies and processes.</li></ul>
