SKILLS:<ul><li>Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.</li><li>Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.</li><li>Utilize innovative and effective leadership techniques to maximize employee and project performance.</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent electrical trade and/or supervisory experience.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of construction experience. </li><li>Experience in Commercial, Industrial, and Renewable Energy markets.</li><li>Basic skills include MS Office suite competency, Accubid or other estimating software experience, Primavera or other scheduling software knowledge. Bluebeam ReVu.</li><li>Maine based or knowledgeable of the Maine and NH marketplaces.</li></ul></div> </div>
