How you'll make an impact<ul><li>Conduct power system studies using various simulation platforms.</li><li>Analyze and verify the performance of FACTS plants in the connected grid.</li><li>Perform voltage regulation and operation studies during wide-area disturbances.</li><li>Engage in power oscillation damping and sub-synchronous interaction analysis.</li><li>Investigate failures and tune advanced controllers.</li><li>Create detailed reports and present findings to customers.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project and tender deliveries.</li><li>Participate in customer meetings to understand and address their needs.</li><li>Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li></ul> Your background<ul><li>M.Sc. or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or a related field.</li><li>Ten years of experience in power systems and control system analysis.</li><li>Proficiency in PSCAD, RTDS, PSSE, or other power system simulation tools.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of high-power electronic converters and their control.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.</li><li>Travel will be required on occasion, both domestic and international.
