This is a highly stakeholder-facing role where you’ll meet with teams across the company to understand their data needs and deliver trusted, well-modeled data solutions. You’ll be the dbt expert on our team, ensuring our pipeline is reliable, scalable, and supports a wide range of use cases. Your work will lay the foundation for high-impact insights across the organization.</span></div><br><br><h3>What you'll do</h3><ul><li>Own and evolve our dbt project to support reliable, scalable, and well-documented data transformations.</li><li>Partner directly with stakeholders across departments to translate data needs into actionable models and solutions.</li><li>Blend data from various sources (e.g. Mixpanel, Intentwise, and Salesforce) into a cohesive analytics layer that supports reporting and decision-making.</li><li>Maintain and enhance our data models in BigQuery to power analytics, dashboards, and operational workflows.</li><li>Implement and uphold best practices around data governance, testing, and documentation.</li></ul><h3>What you'll bring</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in analytics engineering + data analysis, including 2+ years working extensively with dbt.</li><li>Deep expertise in SQL, with a track record of building modular, well-documented, and performant models</li><li>.Experience with modern data stacks and tools.
