In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and onboard drivers for our services. You'll develop and execute innovative strategies, manage relationships with recruitment partners and agencies, and help us deliver a reliable and positive experience for drivers and riders across Germany.This is a part-time position with an initial contract duration of one year, which can be performed remotely as long as you reside in Germany.What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Support Via’s driver recruitment for the entire DACH market </li><li>Work closely with our central supply planning teams to manage and coordinate hiring targets for each one of our services</li><li>Coordinate on-site appointments with local field teams and oversee scheduling of driver onboarding and training</li><li>Respond to driver candidate questions and coordinate appointment bookings along the recruitment process ensuring an excellent candidate experience</li><li>Take responsibility for driver base data and ensure new hires meet our high compliance standards</li><li>As the real-time point of contact, you will prioritize operational issues and implement creative solutions to solve problems as they arise</li><li>Diligently work with a broad interdisciplinary team to help scale operational processes, systems, and tools to drive rapid growth</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience (including internships). </li><li>Native-level German and intermediate level of English.</li><li>You’re empathetic and thrive on building meaningful relationships.
